Wild West Wake Surf Shootout 2023
Want to see some of the best wake surfers in the country compete? You’re in luck! Century Marine is proud to host the annual Wild West Wake Surf Shootout, a worldwide wake surf event and qualifier for the World Wakesurf Championships. This year, it will take place on March 24-25th at Lake Pleasant Harbor, Peoria, Arizona.
In addition to being a qualifier for the world championships, the Wild West Wake Surf Shootout is excited to have Operation Wakesurf and Arizona Adaptive Watersports join us for this exciting event!
Arizona Adaptive Watersports
Arizona Adaptive Watersports is a faith based organization committed to serve in the healing ministry of Christ. Their mission is for “anyone with a disability to have access to get on the water and embrace the freedom and adventure that awaits.” They serve children ages 3 and up and adults with physical and cognitive challenges.
AAWS is joining this year’s competition with the first ever Adaptive Wakesurf division, allowing those with disabilities to compete in this ever growing addition to adaptive sports. We are proud and excited for them to take part!

Operation Wake Surf
Operation Wake Surf is a nonprofit organization created to share its passion for watersports to First Responders, veterans, and others who protect our freedom.
OWS “blends the healing power of water, camaraderie and mentorship via our compassionate coaches by sharing our passion for wake surfing with first responders and military personnel.” They strive to give their participants amazing experiences on the water while instilling community, camaraderie and the respect they deserve.
