"Recently, I had to use Century Marine’s service department. Scott, Melanie, and Darian made the process amazingly easy. They were all very straight-forward, and focused on the customer service. Scott explained exactly what was wrong with the boat, and explained the repairs that were going to be completed. Melanie helped me with the process and scheduling. Darian helped me review the boat, and also helped me with the scheduling. All of them together were a great team to work with for the repairs. I would recommend Century to anyone. "

"I wanted to drop you a note concerning your staff. I retired from Aerotronics, Inc. of Billings, Mt. and moved to Rio Rico about 9 months ago. I was with Aerotronics for 32 years starting at the bottom installing aircraft avionics until the day I retired as one of the owners. During these years I have had the opportunity to work with many employees ( personalities ) and to instill the importance of customer service that is: doing what you say you will do, listen to the customer, take care of all of there needs, do not ( NOT ) shy away from any of there concerns or complaints, understanding that the job isn't done until the customer is satisfied, always give back more than expected and so on. My short time in AZ. and working with a variety of companies needed for services or products that I have required has come at a great disappointment. It seems the southern ideology ( at least down in my area ) is all about being in a hurry to do nothing. That all changed for my wife and I yesterday when we arrived at Century Marine. You see I wasn't aware that you wouldn't be open on Monday so we drove 3 hours to take a look at your used Regal 2665. I can't tell you how disappointed ( my fault for not verifying your hours first ) I was about a 6 hour round trip to look at a boat that wasn't going to happen. However, while trying to look through the fence to see if I could at least get a glimpse of the boat one of your employees saw me doing so. I saw him as well ( and was the reason I was trying to look so intent ). This young man was far enough from the fence and close enough to the building to have just pretended not to see me and slip back into the building. This is not what happened, he approached me to advice me that you were closed on Mondays but that he would be happy to help me if he could. I told him that we would like to look at a used boat and he allowed us to do so. This person was very professional offering us a latter to make entrance in the boat easier and he stayed close to answer questions and was watchful to be certain we wouldn't be straying off on a closed day. If this is a mirror of your entire organization, my hat is off to you for having such a dedicated staff. I had 23 employees and I know how hard it is to maintain the vision while working with so many personalities. Have a nice day, Gary "

"As a first time international buyer I was weary of some horror stories The fact that I was an international buyer did not phase them at all (like other dealers I had contacted) Dealing with Century marine was an absolute pleasure. Sending me all the pictures I requested, and even a video of the engine running. The attention to detail, and the description was bang on, even down to informing me about the age on the battery’s. Melanie’s prompt replays made the deal quick and easy, allowing me to get the boat to New Zealand quickly Also arranging the transport to LA was not a problem for them. I have no doubts I will be dealing with Century marine again If you are an international buyer, buy with confidence and ease. Thanks again guys, I am very happy with my new boat Andy "
